The PUMA Mostro has enjoyed another lease of life in 2025, more than a quarter-century after its 1999 debut. While the original edition has been steadily reentering the market, PUMA keeps the momentum going with this new UR Mostro variant as part of the Communication??pack in collaboration with sneaker archivist INSIDE TAG.

The Ur Mostro lives up to its monstrous name by exaggerating the OGs most distinct feature: its spiky sole. While PUMA ups the aggression in this area, theyve stripped back some of the upper to insert some mesh vents against the sleek leather upper. A feature theyve left untouched is the medial crossed elastic strap because why fix it if it aint broken?
