Inspired by traditional sashiko, the Y-3 MARATHON TR
is a reconstruction of classic adidas marathon shoes from the perspective of the Y-3.

The eyestay, heel tab, midsole and three stripes are decorated with tonal stitching inspired by the traditional Japan craft of "sashiko" that accents, and all the threads hang loosely in a striking design.
